Platform Fees

Clear fees, no hidden charges.

GigBig operates on a commission-based model. A 20% platform fee is deducted from freelancer earnings for each successfully completed and approved milestone or package.

How the fee works
  • Client pays full agreed amount
  • GigBig deducts 20% platform fee
  • Remaining 80% released to freelancer
  • Deduction happens automatically

  • Project Manager oversight
  • Escrow protection
  • Secure payment processing
  • Client acquisition and marketing

Freelancers do not pay upfront joining fees.
