  • Timeline equals selected package duration

  • PM structures tasks to fit allocated days

For example:

  • 15-day package → 15 structured working days
  • 30-day package → full 30-day allocation

The timeline is determined by the package — not by undefined deliverable completion.

What if more time is needed?
